Deniece Cornejo now surrendered to the authorites

Model/Stylist Deniece 'Millet' Cornejo who is one of the five people charged has finally surrendered to the local authorities on Monday afternoon - May 5, 2014.

Model/Stylist Deniece Cornejo is one of the five people charged with illegal detention after the mauling of the TV-Host/Actor Vhong Navarro.

According to the PNP Chief Supt. Reuben Theodor Sindac, Cornejo arrived at Camp Crame in Quezon, City at around 4 PM, accompanied by her grand-uncle Rod Cornejo.

Cornejo was then transported immediately to the PNP Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG), where she will be processed under the Women and Children Protection Desk.

Cornejo's co-accused, businessman Cedric Lee and martial art expert Simeon "Zimmer Raz" Palma, were arrested in Eastern Samar last April 25 after weeks of hiding. While the other co-accused suspects Ferdinand Guerrero and Jed Fernandez remains who is still on large.
